Human Resource Officer

Looking for an experienced HR officer to join our plumbing and electrical company! Flexible hours, part-time role and a friendly working environment

Overview:

  • Part-time role (4 hours a day, 5 days a week – flexible)
  • Supportive and Friendly environment
  • $25-$30 (negotiable depending on experience)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in the HR department
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety
  • Knowledge of Fairwork
  • Degree or Qualification in HR – Business
  • Customer Service experience

About the Role:

A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team as we are continuously growing. You will report to the director of the company on a regular basis. You will be responsible for looking after all employees within the company, hiring & terminating, experience in conducting interviews and dealing with customer complaints.
